Chris Stage2024-07-22I have been doing business with Higher Ground tree service for many years for both tree removal and delivery of split fire wood. This most recent project involved the removal is a large Maple tree that nearly completely overhung my house. Complicating factors were the tree’s location less than 10 feet from the house and. The tightly packed neighborhood the house is in. Glen bid the job on Wednesday and the tree was gone on Monday with no damage to any thing and the yard cleaned up like they had not been there at all. Glen even helped me load the heavy trunk pieces int my truck. Ingenious equipment. Skilled workers a good company to do business with.

The wind had dropped a large section of my neighbor’s huge pine, which hit a tree of mine, and caused it to lean precariously toward my house. Higher Ground safely dropped both trees, plus some other hardwoods that I took the opportunity to have removed, and chipped the smaller limbs. They gave me solid advice, answered all my questions, and kept the cost very reasonable. They also cut the downed hardwood to the size I requested and stacked it all neatly on the other side of the yard. The cleanup made the yard look better than before they started. The crew were all gentlemen and easy to work with. They fulfilled the contract completely; I would have no hesitation calling them again for myself or recommending them to others. Great work!
